Room Hire

Band Room

Available for most band practices. Heat-pump / Air Conditioning, Acoustically treated, suitable for up to 6 people. Includes 2x Guitar Amps, 2x Bass Amps, Drum Kit (Optional Electric Drum Kit). Keyboard, Microphones, PA, Mixer, Cables... Just bring your own Guitars, Bass and Sticks.

  • $20 per hour for Solo / Duo groups, or
  • $30 per hour for 3+ Users / Band members


Studio Room

A cozy practice room, perfect for working on your song writing or practice. Heat-pump / Air Conditioning, Acoustically treated, suitable for 1-2 people. Includes Yamaha Piano, Korg weighted Keyboard, Midi Keyboard, Acoustic Guitars, iMac with Garage Band / Logic Pro X.

  • $15 per hour for Solo / Duo groups


Recording

Includes both the Band Room and Studio Room, Amps, Drum Kit, Cables, Microphones and Headphones. Up to 16 channels (14x ch. in the Band Room, 2x ch. in Studio Room) fed into a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 (Master) and a Focusrite OctoPre MKII Dynamic (Slave) via ADAT.

DAW: Logic Pro X, Saffire Mix Control - iMac (Retina 27", 3.2GHz i5, 8GB Ram) with pair of KRK Rokit 8" Speakers.

  • $400 per day (10hrs Max) NOTE: Bring your own Engineer.
  • additional costs if you require us to provide an Engineer.


Mixing / Mastering

Usage of the Studio Room for Mixing / Mastering using the provided DAW: Logic Pro X, Saffire Mix Control - iMac (i5 3.2GHz, 8gig Ram) with pair of KRK Rokit 8" Speakers. includes M-Audio Midi Keyboard
